Clean, organic food has always been a lifeline for our founder, Nichole. It's helped her find greater connection to herself and her purpose, and it's provided her with the medicine she needed to become fully healthy and vibrant. After cutting out anything processed and triggering, including gluten, refined-sugars, and genetically-modified ingredients, Nichole has leaned into a way of cooking that is wholesome and nutrient-dense. She created PrimaFoodie to share the ways in which we can all heal and empower ourselves through food. Here, easy-to-follow guides, fun cooking tutorials, and food glossaries sit next to empowering articles on how we can—and must—change the food system. The more we collectively know, and the more change we demand, the more accessible being healthy will be for us all.
