Late Summer Peach and Tomato Salsa

INGREDIENTS
- 2 peaches, cut in ½ inch cubes
- 3 roma tomatoes, cut in ½ inch cubes
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1 small bunch of green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 small bunch of basil, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
